Why all sales are final
Nothing sits in a warehouse. Your piece gets printed the moment you order it, made only for you — which also means we can't put it back on a shelf. So take a second with the size guide first, and if you're stuck between two sizes, just message us. We'd rather help you get it right than have you stuck with the wrong fit.
Need to cancel?
Reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible. If your piece hasn't gone to print yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once printing has started, we can't stop it — it's already being made just for you.

Orders shipped within the United States: all sales are final, as every item is made to order. Orders can be canceled only until production has started; once an item has gone to print, cancellation is no longer possible. This does not affect your rights regarding defective, damaged or incorrect items. Full details in our Refund Policy.
